How long will it take to build?

A simple, well-scoped project can move in weeks. Something more complex may take several months. What matters more than the timeline is having a realistic one from the start.

How much is this going to cost?

Cost is driven by scope, complexity, and your timeline. What we can tell you is that we'll give you a clear, itemised estimate before any commitment, and we'll tell you plainly if something you want isn't worth what it would cost to build.

How do you handle projects that change scope mid-build?

Scope changes are normal — the world moves, priorities shift. We manage this with a transparent change request process: when something changes, we tell you what it means for time and budget before we act on it.

Do I need to have everything figured out before I come to you?

No — and frankly, most people don't. That's partly what the consultation phase is for. You don't need a full spec document or a technical background.

What does ongoing support actually look like after launch?

It's not a helpdesk ticket system where you wait three days for a response. We stay closely involved — monitoring, maintaining, fixing issues as they arise, and continuing to develop features as your product grows.

Will I own the code and the product?

Yes, fully. Everything we build for you is yours — the code, the design, the IP. No licensing traps, no lock-in. You should never be held hostage by your own software.

How do I know you're the right fit?
